All MIDFIT Members receive workouts & nutrition coaching with Seana, as well as education, resources & community support. Gain access to beginner, intermediate and advanced workout programs that are science-backed and strategically designed for women over 40. All programs come in a GYM and HOME version. Weekly program schedules come in 3 or 4 day strength training splits with options for Core & Cardio sessions. Subscriptions renew monthly with 3-month minimum commitment to start. Submit in-app cancellations by going to Profile --> Billing (inside your MIDFIT App).
